Third Party Liability Insurance

The Board of SSAC arrange third party liability insurance cover for the Company and all members. This is included within membership subscriptions.

The insurance covers The Scottish Sub Aqua Club as a Recreational Sports Diving Club, its committee for the time being, and its Membership. Engaging in the promotion, supervision and tuition of Recreational Diving on a Worldwide basis. This includes the provision of goods, services and products to its members and the public.
