The Scottish Sub-Aqua Club (SSAC) was founded in 1953 in Glasgow. By the 1960s it had grown to 10 branches and has enlarged steadily thereafter. There are now nearly 70 branches with some 1900 members in total. Branches are found in many locations in Scotland with a number in the North of England. The Scottish Sub Aqua Club became a Company limited by guarantee in December 2006. Registered in Scotland Number SC313935.

SSAC HQ is manned Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Access to the office is by prior appointment only. Outside these hours, please leave a voicemail or email using the address above.

From the M8 Westbound
Leave the M8 at Junction 25. At the roundabout, take the second exit signposted ‘Clyde Tunnel’. Follow the road for approx 0.5miles before branching left before McDonalds. Turn left at the roundabout and continue for a quarter of a mile and turn left into Bogmoor Place, immediately before the curve in the road. SSAC HQ is on the right.
From the M8 Eastbound
Leave the M8 at Junction 25 and follow the dual-carriageway for approx 500m (signposted ‘Clyde Tunnel’). Branch left before McDonalds and turn left at the roundabout. Continue for a quarter of a mile and turn left into Bogmoor Place, immediately before the curve in the road. SSAC HQ is on the right.
